Located at the entrance to the estate, the vat room and barrel cellar are connected in one vast winery. These traditional facilities were designed for the purpose of producing wines of superior quality.
3.Fruit comes first
The vat room is equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The philosophy which guides our vinification process is based on respect for the terroir and the natural qualities of the fruit.
4.The barrel cellar
In the cellars, the wines are partly aged in oak barrels fora period over 12 months, in the finest Bordeaux tradition.During this long, complex process the wine gradually grows in depth, finesse and complexity.
